Our Food
Here at Mama's Cuisine Restaurant we are passionate about delivering delicious food and big flavours . Every dish is made in our kitchen on the day, using fresh ingredients and Indian spices. Sauces are extremely important for our steaks and grilled chicken, and our special sauces are created in our kitchen by our most talented chefs.
We are a fusion restaurant serving various delicious dishes with the added twist of our authentic Indian Spice. We want everyone to enjoy our food so some dishes have a British, Indo-Chinese or Portuguese influence. Whatever dish you sample, you can be sure that it will be fresh, tasty and very delicious!
About Mama's Cuisine Restaurant
Mama's Cuisine Restaurant was created over 3 years ago by Antonett Martins, a professional chef from Goa who had worked her way up from porter to commis chef. As a mother she found it extremely difficult to prove her talent and rise up from commis chef to head chef. So she decided to be her own boss and started with a small catering business called Mama’s Cuisine Catering. The business was named Mama’s Cuisine Catering so that she could help mum’s to rise and shine.
After much success, she moved into takeaways which also proved to be extremely popular. The dream to create an fusion restaurant in Swindon was her next step. She made it possible for mums to step forward and be themselves, so she opened positions in the front and back of house and employed all mum’s to work in the restaurant. We want to create a supportive working environment at Mama's Cuisine Restaurant and we do that through effective training, flexible working hours and rewarding work.
